Tameka is one of Australia's fastest-rising country artists, earning a reputation as Australia's premier female chicken-pickin' guitarist. Blending Keith Urban-style guitar chops with the soaring vocal agility of Rascal Flatts, she delivers a high energy modern country sound that's turning heads across the industry.

Equally respected as an artist and touring musician, Tameka has become one of the most in demand guitarists on the Australian country circuit. She has toured and performed alongside Australian favourites including Adam Harvey, Andrew Swift, Catherine Britt, Loren Ryan, Tori Darke, Liam Brew and Mickey Pye, as well as Canadian artists Dan Davidson and The Road Hammers. Tameka has spent the last 12 months playing sold out shows across Australia with the ‘Ultimate Superstars of Country’ show. 

As a solo performer, Tameka has spent years honing her craft on stages throughout Australia, opening for artists including Troy Cassar-Daley, Travis Collins, Amber Lawrence, Nathan Cavaleri, Dami Im and Dylan Wright. Her energetic live shows combine exceptional musicianship, powerhouse vocals and an authentic stage presence that continues to grow her fanbase nationwide.

Now, taking the spotlight as a solo artist, Tameka is preparing to introduce her own original music to the world with her debut single, ‘Like This Before’. Inspired by the country pop flavour of Kelsea Ballerini’s debut album, The First Time, Tameka has teamed up with the same engineering team, Nashville’s mix engineer Jonathan Roye, and Grammy-winning mastering engineer Adam Ayan, to bring ‘Like This Before’ to life. The song showcases the creativity of Tameka’s songwriting, lead guitar and vocal ability, with all the right studio ingredients for a hit country pop song. Tameka represents the next generation of Australian country music and is quickly becoming one of the most captivating artists on the scene.
